Our company can process different specifications and different mesh size of stainless steel mesh plate and stainless steel conical hole mesh plate, the mesh plate is mainly used for filter(screw press). Our company’s latest development of a new type of single screw press is matched with stainless steel conical hole mesh plate. The mesh plate of the old type screw press is composed of upper and lower parts, and the stainless steel screen plate is fixed on the reinforced mesh plate with rivet. Because the stainless steel screen plate is easy to damage, and the frequency of replacement is high, so we replace the old press screen plate with stainless steel conical hole mesh plate. The mesh plate adopts single-layer screen plate and the hole on the screen plate is a cone hole structure, which is more conducive to the discharge of free liquid from the hole. It not only reduces the complex manufacturing process caused by the combination type of inner and outer screen, but also reduces the probability of material blocking.

How to drill this conical hole on M.S. & S.S. plate? We have three steps, we choose three specification drilling bits to drill the plate, which maximum can be 20mm thickness. For example, when we drill one plate with 20mm thickness, first we use middle size drilling bit to drill the depth of 18mm, then use small drilling bit to drill the last 2mm plate, finally use big size drilling bit to make the top hole bigger until the depth of 10mm. Of course the plate thickness is based on customers’ requirement, we take use of the imported drilling bit, which can be seen in china market rarely, that’s the reason why we can make the conical hole for our customers.
