New type of Single Screw Press.

In June 2020, with the aim of continuous innovation and development, combined with the needs of the market, Zhejiang Fanxiang Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd has independently developed a new type of Single Screw Press. Although the existing screw presses are very widely used, it is difficult for a single type of screw press to adapt to the diversity of materials, because of the various materials that need to be squeezed and dehydrated for solid-liquid separation. This leads to the multi-industry distribution of screw press production enterprises and strong pertinence, which can not meet the general sense of solid-liquid separation. The screw press developed by our company is a new type of single screw press with superior dehydration and dryness, which is composed of a frame, a fixed screen mesh, a movable screen frame, a spiral shaft, an inlet and outlet hopper, a cover shell, a driving device and a hydraulic system. The screen adopts single-layer screen plate and the hole on the screen plate is a cone hole structure, which is more conducive to the discharge of free liquid from the hole and prevent material blockage. By monitoring and automatically controlling the torque of the spiral shaft in real time, the optimum dryness and stability of the material at the outlet is guaranteed, so as to meet the different requirements of customers. The press also can be used for dehydration treatment of food waste and other organic matter which is rich in water content and high perishable material .
